The sizes marked with an [*] are already ordered or available shortly and will be sent as soon as they are arrive.
Information about delivery time is on your order confirmation.
What does [* on request] mean in the size selection?
On some items, you have the option “ * request” in the drop-down selection. This means you can order your size on request.
We will inform you immediately if the desired size is available. Please understand that we can't offer this option for
all items, as we are bound by the terms of their respective manufacturers!
What is an exhibit?
We offer exhibits at a reduced price. The higher the discount for a model is, the larger the chance of blemishes or traces of the fitting.

What payment methods are available?
Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer in advance, via PayPal or POD, pay on delivery (only for Germany).
Please note we can only accept payments in advance for orders from abroad.
Pay on delivery
The amount of your order must be paid in cash to the driver at the time of delivery. Of course with no extra charge!
Payment in advance
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing our bank details. We only ship your order when the payment has been confirmed.
We reserve your shopping cart for 7 days. Please note that beyond this period, we allow ourselves to cancel your order if no payment has been made.
Payments by credit card
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. To ensure the protection of your credit card information, your complete data is transmitted crypted
using 128-bit SSL encryption are therefore safe from unauthorized access. After selecting this payment method, please have your credit card ready.
You will be asked for your credit card number, expiration date, and card verification code. The CVC is the last three digits on the back of your credit card.

In addition to the already mentioned payment methods, we offer you the option of submitting a payment via PayPal for easy and comfortable payment.

What are the shipping costs?
For orders exceeding 99 €, we offer shipping throughout Germany. For orders that do not reach 99 €, we charge a fixed amount of € 5 for postage and packing.

Why don't you deliver on account?
Due to orders made on behalf of persons not notified of this order and the fact that we can not verify the authenticity of the online shopper,
we deliver merchandise only if paid in advance. This will guarantee you maximum security while online-shopping.

How long do I have to wait for my order?
We send you an email that confirms we received your order. Delivery is made within the next two business days for items "immediately available" .
Items that are ""short notice"" will usually be delivered within short time frame.
""Pre-order now!"" is written next to items which are not available immediately, the delivery period depends on the availability of the manufacturer.
What is the status of my order?
You are waiting for your order and can not wait to wear your new shoes? We understand that and are happy about it! You will get informed
immediately when your Package is on ist way.
In general, you will receive your shipment within the next three days (Germany). If this is not the case, your order is often at the German post
office or has been deposited at a neighbor. If not, please contact us and we will immediately submit a request for investigation.
Please note that shipping time for orders from abroad is depending of your local parcel service.
Can I cancel or modify an order?
Please send us an e-mail at
info@paulgreen-shop.de – because we deliver as quickly as possible to our customers.
We can't cancel or modify an order if it is on its way.

How are claims handled?
Please contact us immediately if you are not entirely satisfied with our products and we will find a fast, non-bureaucratic and simple way to please you. Shoes that you have not purchased from us, are claimable only at the dealer where you purchased these shoes.

How to return a product?
Our main goal is offer you an outstanding quality at a reasonable price. If however you are not completely satisfied with any of our products,
please return it within 30 days. We will refund in the form of bank transfer or voucher (depending on your mode of payment) as soon as your package has arrived.
We do not just promise it, we guarantee it! In order to facilitate the return, please use the label that is delivered with your order, or
contact us if you don't have one. It will cost you nothing! (for Germany only) Please have a receipt to justify the sending of your package.
If returned from abroad, please note that shipping costs are not free. The returned products have the right to be worn just to check product quality,
in the case of products used more intensively, we reserve the right to deduct a part of the purchase value.
